Opening a Bank Account for a Company

Requirements for registration:

2. Send company documents (Deed, Sk, Nib, NPWP, Certificate standard (if any), passport Director & Commissioner, Lease agreement) for verification, usually takes 2-3 business days.

3. The bank manager will schedule a bank visit.

4. Appear at the bank with the original passport.

5. For account access by the commissioner, they need to come together with the director and make a request.

6. Sign documents at the bank. Verification usually takes 3-4 business days

7. An email with account details will be sent.

8. For internet banking, bank staff will make a request to the central bank.

   Obtaining a token takes 7-14 business days.

9. You need to come to the bank branch to get the token.

Notes:

1. If the company uses a virtual office, the director must have a personal account at Permata and need a referral to open.

2. If the company has a real office in a building or the building itself, a referral is needed to open.

Requirements for registration:

5. The director can receive a plastic card.

6. After successful account registration, a deposit must be made within 1 month after opening, otherwise, the account will be closed. The deposit can be made when picking up the token.

7. The token will be ready 5-14 days after account registration.

At Maybank, you can open a company account with or without a KITAS.

4. After document verification, the director will be invited to sign documents.

5. After signing the documents, the account will be ready in 1-3 business days.

6. The token will be sent directly to the client's address approximately 14 business days after the account is registered.

4. After document verification, we will arrange a meeting between the client and bank staff. Anyone with more than 25 percent share in the company will also be required to attend the meeting and sign documents with the director.

5. If access is needed for the commissioner, they must come to the meeting with the company director.

6. After signing documents, the account will take 14 business days to be prepared.

7. Once the company's registration is complete, the token manufacturing process will begin, taking up to 14 business days.

8. The token will be given to the director at the bank or they will be notified by mail that the token is ready, and we can schedule a meeting with bank staff.

9. Deposit for the account IDR 20 million, for a USD account $2,000

Notes:

For Russian citizens, only an account in rupiahs can be obtained. The likelihood of approval for accounts in other currencies is very low.

For citizens of other countries, an account can be opened in dollars, but only six months after account registration.
