Bank Information
You can open an account in Indonesian rupiah, US dollars, or another currency and receive a Mastercard for 500,000 IDR.
Account opening conditions
✅ Multi-currency account — minimum deposit 1,000,000 IDR (minimum balance 100,000 IDR)
❗️ The card is linked to an IDR account and/or a multi-currency account
📌 The deposit must be made in cash on the day of account opening at a bank branch.

Card
By default, a non-personalized card is issued
❗️ A personalized card can only be issued when activating a PRIORITY CARD with the required deposit
Card validity — 5 years (sometimes 2–3 years, at the bank’s discretion)
❗️ Contactless payment is not available
Limits
✅ Online spending: GREEN CARD — 25,000,000 IDR
✅ Cash withdrawal: GREEN CARD — 10,000,000 IDR
✅ Transfers to other banks: GREEN CARD — 50,000,000 IDR

Important notes
❗️ PayPal linking is not available
❗️ The card cannot be directly linked to GoJek — GoPay e-wallet is used for payments
❗️ The bank may block the account and freeze the card when using crypto exchanges
❗️ A tax number from your country of citizenship is required
❗️ The bank may change service conditions at any time without notice (information is updated when possible)
Processing time
Opening an account and receiving a card takes 5–7 working days.
How to apply for a card
To start the process, contact our manager. After the manager creates your order, you will fill out the application form in your personal account.
It is important to provide employment information.
Freelancers and unemployed applicants may be refused; you can indicate any workplace of friends or relatives — the main requirement is to provide a company name and position.
The bank may refuse to open an account if this information is not provided.
After you complete the form, your data will be forwarded to a specialist and submitted to the bank.
