How the program works
Contact us. Message us on your preferred messaging app. A manager will explain the terms, confirm your commission amount and give you your referral code.
Recommend our services. Tell your clients, guests or audience about Legal Indonesia — in person, in messages, on your website or on social media.
Share your referral code. Ask the new client to provide it when they first contact us. This lets us record that the client came through your recommendation. If using a code is inconvenient, let your manager know in advance which client to expect.
Receive your commission — up to 10%. You earn commission once the service has been fully paid and completed. For accounting services, commission is earned in stages. See the terms and payment schedule below.
Who can become a partner
We work with consulting firms, coworking spaces, villa and guesthouse owners, travel services and other businesses.
Commission payments are made to Indonesian citizens and registered legal entities entitled to receive this income. A partnership agreement and the required payment documents are needed to process payments.
Services eligible for commission
Company registration, amendments to company documents and company closure.
KITAS applications.
211A and B1 visa applications and visa extensions.
Driver's license applications and bank account opening.
Accounting and tax support.
Commission amounts and payment schedule
Commission amount. Your commission is set individually. Your manager will confirm the amount when issuing your referral code.
Eligible orders. Commission is earned on services ordered and completed. The service must be paid in full.
Payment dates. Payments are made between the 25th and the last day of each month. Taxes are withheld in accordance with Indonesian law.
Accounting and tax support
Commission is earned in stages, after the reports for the relevant paid period have been submitted.
