Program Terms & Conditions

Commission Taxation: The 10% commission for Indonesian citizens (WNI) is paid after deduction of all applicable taxes in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
Reward Payment Schedule: Commission payments and bonus credits are processed once per month (either at the beginning or the end of the month).
Special Terms for Expats (PT PMA Owners): Bonus points or discount vouchers issued to foreign nationals are generally non-convertible into cash and may only be used toward Legal Indonesia services. However, expats who own a PT PMA company may receive their reward in cash.
Transaction Confirmation: Rewards are issued only after the referred client completes all administrative procedures and makes full payment (transaction status: completed/closed).
Referral Code Activation: The referred client must provide a valid referral code during the first consultation or when placing an order for services.
