Bank Information

You can open an account in Indonesian rupiah, US dollars, or another currency and receive a Visa card for 500,000 IDR.

Account opening conditions

✅ Rupiah account — minimum deposit 5,000,000 IDR (minimum balance 100,000 IDR)
✅ USD account — can be opened only after a rupiah account, deposit 100 USD

❗️ A card cannot be issued for the USD account

📌 The deposit must be made in cash on the day of account opening at a bank branch.

Card

  • By default, a non-personalized card is issued; a personalized card can be requested (production time approximately 2 weeks)

  • Card validity — 5 years (sometimes 2–3 years, at the bank’s discretion)

❗️ Contactless payment is not available

Limits

✅ Online spending (purchases and transfers) — up to 250,000,000 IDR per month
✅ Cash withdrawal — up to 10,000,000 IDR per day

Important notes

❗️ PayPal linking is not available

❗️ The card cannot be directly linked to GoJek — GoPay e-wallet is used for payments

❗️ Monthly maintenance — 21,000 IDR

❗️ Two visits to the bank are required, as well as a tax number in your country of citizenship

❗️ The bank may block the account and freeze the card when using crypto exchanges

❗️ The bank may change service conditions at any time without notice (information is updated when possible)

Processing time

Opening an account and receiving a card takes 5–7 working days.
For citizens of Russia and Ukraine, additional approval may take around 2 weeks.

How to apply for a card

To start the process, you need to fill out the application form in English.

It is important to provide employment information.
Freelancers and unemployed applicants may be refused; you can indicate any workplace of friends or relatives — the main requirement is to provide a company name and position.
The bank may refuse to open an account if this information is not provided.

After completing the form, contact us — you will receive a payment link, after which your data will be forwarded to a specialist and submitted to the bank.
