If the client already has a company and only needs to arrange a KITAS

Let's arrange KITAS!

Great, let us explain the process now:

1. After the company is opened, an account must be opened. Only a limited number of banks open accounts for companies without the director's KITAS. You need to check regarding the timelines and the possibility of opening a company account directly after opening the company.

2. Once the company and account have been opened, the process for the KITAS can begin. Offshore investor KITAS for 1 person for 2 years — 16 million IDR.
   To arrange an investor's KITAS, the share in the company must be at least 10 billion IDR. Upon the expiration of the KITAS, it must either be extended or closed!

   We submit an application for an investor's KITAS, and you receive an e-visa for entry (e-KITAS) in about 2 weeks.

3. Then you can exit and enter Indonesia to activate the KITAS.

4. After entering, you hand over your passport to us and wait for an invitation for biometrics. After biometrics, you receive a full KITAS, which allows you to open a bank account, register a motorbike, car, contact government agencies, etc.

❗️ A KITAS does not function as a visa until you enter Indonesia with it and undergo biometrics.

❗️Please ensure your current visas are valid until you enter Indonesia with your KITAS, if you are currently in Indonesia.

Total amount:

1. Company setup — from 20 million (depends on the type of activity and company address)

2. Company maintenance — from 17 million per year (depends on company turnover)

3. Legal address rental — 6 million per year

4. Offshore investor KITAS — 16 million for 2 years for 1 person

5. Offshore family KITAS — 9.5 million for 1 year for 1 person

6. Opening a bank account for the company — from 500,000 IDR

Arranging a family KITAS for family members

If there are children or a spouse who is not a company founder, after receiving your e-KITAS, we apply for a family e-KITAS, which takes about 2 weeks and costs 9.5 million for 1 person for 1 year.

❗️Family KITAS duration cannot exceed the investor's KITAS duration.

❗️There are currently system disruptions in KITAS application processing, so timelines may be extended.

What documents do I need to provide?

Company documents:

1. Deed of Establishment of the company.

2. Decree of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia on the ratification of the company's founding agreement. — SK (Decree of the Minister of Justice.)

3. Information about the company from AHU — AHU data

4. Company tax number (NPWP)

5. Placement Permit (PKKPR)

6. Standard certificate (if any)

7. NIB — business license

8. Company letterhead and stamp

9. ID of the company director (if they are an Indonesian citizen), passport and KITAS of the director (if a foreigner)

10. Visa Online login and password (if any)

    KITAS requirements

    Document list:

    1. Passport valid for at least 30 months (scan or photo);

    2. Statement from a personal account and company account with a balance of at least $2000 and movement of funds for the last 3 months (any bank, any currency, statement in English; both statements required);

    3. Personal photos (face and shoulders, directly into the camera, selfies allowed);

    4. Your current email address

    5. Your phone number on WhatsApp

    6. Full permanent address in Bali

    ❗️It's better to specify an address you are connected to, because:

    1. It may undergo checks

    2. To extend KITAS, an SKTT (costs 3 million to issue) will be needed, which requires the ID of the property owner listed as the address in the KITAS

    3. If you change your place of residence, you must change the address in the KITAS, the cost of address change is 2 million IDR

    After receiving an investor KITAS, a family KITAS for a spouse (if they are not a co-founder of the company) or children under 18 years can be obtained.

    KITAS requirements

    Document list:

    1. Passport valid for at least 18 months (scan or photo);

    2. Statement from a personal account and company account with a balance of at least $2000 and movement of funds for the last 3 months (any bank, any currency equivalent, in English, for children — statement from the parent-sponsor);

    3. Personal photos (face and shoulders, directly into the camera, selfies allowed);

    4. Marriage certificate and birth certificate (if KITAS is for children) in English (scan or photo).

    Birth and marriage certificates are translated by sworn translation (involving sworn translators, other types of translations are not accepted).
