Bank Information

OCBC Bank is considered stable among users.

You can open an account in Indonesian rupiah, US dollars, or a multi-currency account and receive a Mastercard for 1,000,000 IDR.

Account opening conditions

  • Rupiah account: deposit of 50,000,000 IDR

  • USD account: can be opened only after a rupiah account, deposit — any amount

The deposit must be made in cash on the day of account opening.

Card

  • By default, a non-personalized card is issued

  • A personalized card is available upon request, production time is about 1 week

  • Card validity: 5 years (sometimes 2–3 years, at the bank’s discretion)

Limits

  • Online spending: up to 50,000,000 IDR

  • Cash withdrawal: up to 15,000,000 IDR per day

Transfer limits:

  • Online — up to 100,000,000 IDR

  • BI Fast — up to 250,000,000 IDR

  • LLG — up to 200,000,000 IDR

  • RTGS — up to 1,000,000,000 IDR

Important notes

❗️ Minimum balance: 25,000,000 IDR for 3 months

❗️ Monthly investment payment: 1,000,000 IDR — a mandatory investment contribution, available for use after 1 year

❗️ Monthly maintenance: free if the balance is 25,000,000 IDR; if lower, check conditions with the bank

❗️ The bank may change service conditions without prior notice, but we try to keep information updated for you

Opening an account and receiving a card takes approximately 3–4 weeks.

How to apply for a card

To start the process, you need to fill out an application form in English.

It is important to provide employment information.
Freelancers and unemployed applicants may be refused; you can indicate any workplace of friends or relatives — the main requirement is to provide a company name and position.
The bank may refuse to open an account if this information is not provided.

After completing the form, contact us — you will receive a payment link, after which your data will be forwarded to a specialist and submitted to the bank.
