Bank Information

You can open an account in Indonesian rupiah, US dollars, or another currency and receive a Mastercard for 500,000 IDR.

Account opening conditions

✅ Rupiah account — minimum deposit 11,000,000 IDR (minimum balance 100,000 IDR)
✅ USD account — can be opened only after a rupiah account, minimum deposit 2,000 USD

❗️ A card cannot be issued for the USD account

📌 The deposit must be made in cash on the day of account opening at a bank branch.

Card

  • By default, a non-personalized card is issued

  • A personalized card can be requested (production time approximately 2 weeks)

  • Card validity — 5 years (sometimes 2–3 years, at the bank’s discretion)

❗️ Contactless payment is not available

Limits

✅ Online spending — 10,000,000 IDR
✅ Cash withdrawal — 5,000,000 IDR
✅ Transfers to other banks — up to 500,000,000 IDR (maximum per transaction — 250,000,000 IDR)

Additional features

✅ The card works outside Indonesia
The bank must be notified 2–3 days before travel

Important notes

❗️ PayPal and Apple Pay linking is not available

❗️ Mobile app is available in Indonesian only

❗️ The card cannot be directly linked to GoJek — GoPay e-wallet is used for payments

❗️ Activation of 3D Secure for online payments takes about 3 working days

❗️ Monthly maintenance: rupiah account — 17,500 IDR, USD account — 1.5 USD

❗️ Investment payment for 12 months — 100,000 IDR (funds become available after the period ends)

❗️ The bank may block the account and freeze the card when using crypto exchanges

❗️ The bank may change service conditions at any time without notice (information is updated when possible)

Processing time

Opening an account and receiving a card takes 5–7 working days.

How to apply for a card

To start the process, you need to fill out the application form in English.

It is important to provide employment information.
Freelancers and unemployed applicants may be refused; you can indicate any workplace of friends or relatives — the main requirement is to provide a company name and position.
The bank may refuse to open an account if this information is not provided.

After completing the form, contact us — you will receive a payment link, after which your data will be forwarded to a specialist and submitted to the bank.
