This option is suitable for operational and entry-level roles.

Timeline: up to 30 working days
Fee: fixed 5,000,000 IDR
Payment Terms: 50% non-refundable advance upon project launch

Process

  • Agreement on hiring terms and completion of a job vacancy brief

  • Initial screening by HR (interviews + reference checks)

  • First candidate typically presented within one week

  • If needed — second candidate during week two

  • Up to three candidates in total

  • Final recruitment report

Guarantee

If the employee resigns within 1–2 months, up to two replacements are provided at no additional cost. This reduces your hiring risk and ensures predictability.

2.2. Mid-Level Employees

(Salary 5–15 million IDR)

Suitable for key specialists and middle management roles.

Timeline: up to 30 working days
Fee: 20% of the candidate’s annual gross income + one month salary
Payment Terms: 50% non-refundable advance

2.3. Executive & Top Management

(Salary above 15 million IDR)

Executive recruitment is a more strategic and in-depth process.

Timeline: up to 90 working days
Fee Calculation:
13 × 25% × monthly salary
Payment Terms: 50% non-refundable advance

Process Highlights

The first wave includes two candidates, and additional candidates (up to four) are presented if needed. The final stage includes a strategic presentation — the candidate presents their development plan for the department or company

3. HR Support

Ongoing HR support for companies after hiring or for businesses with an existing team.

This format is suitable for companies that:

We create a dedicated communication channel with the client and handle HR-related matters strictly within the scope of employee management and HR processes. Support can be operational and/or advisory.

3.1. Operational HR

  • Drafting employment contracts

  • Drafting Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
