Payment methods
We have made payments as convenient as possible, so you can simply choose the method that works best for you.
Card payment
You can pay for our services with debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, etc.). Invoices are issued in IDR, USD, or EUR. The conversion will be processed at your bank’s exchange rate, and in some cases, a payment provider’s commission may apply depending on the country of issue of your card.
Cash payment
You can make a payment at our Bali office or directly to the courier upon delivery of your documents. Please schedule a time in advance so we can prepare the receipt and contract for your visit.
Payment via AlfaMart minimarkets
Possible for amounts up to IDR 1,900,000. To complete the payment, please provide the cashier with the payment code you receive from our manager. After payment, keep the receipt and send us a copy for confirmation.

Currency and conversion
The primary currency of settlement is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payments in USD, EUR, and RUB are also accepted, with conversion made at the current market rate. The exact amount can be confirmed with your manager. Please note that any bank fees for conversion or international transfers are borne by the payer.
Closing documents
We provide a receipt for every payment.
Upon request, we can also issue an invoice, contract, or certificate of completion.
For companies, full documentation for accounting and tax reporting is available.
Payment security
All online transactions are processed through certified payment providers with 3-D Secure support.
We do not store your bank card details.
Your personal information and documents are securely protected.
Refunds and Order Changes
If your plans change before the service begins, a full or partial refund is possible under the terms of the contract.
Once the process has started (e.g. submission of documents to government agencies), refunds are no longer available.
The time for funds to be credited depends on your bank and chosen payment method.
We always aim to resolve such matters as quickly and transparently as possible.

Can I pay from abroad?
Yes, we accept international cards and transfers. We will send you a convenient payment link for this purpose.
How quickly are payments processed?
Online payments are processed almost instantly. Cash payments are recorded immediately upon receipt.
Do I need to provide my passport details for my account?
For some services, such as visas, yes. We only ever ask for the necessary information.
