As of January 7, 2022, the quarantine for entry into Indonesia has been reduced to 7 days!
Also, the Indonesian government has denied entry to foreigners who have visited South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho, Mozambique, Eswatini, Malawi, Angola, Zambia, Hong Kong, Norway, Denmark and France in the past 14 days.
To enter Indonesia, you must now provide:
All foreign nationals are prohibited from entering Indonesia during the national lockdown (Emergency PPKM), but it does not apply to:
1. Holders of Diplomatic and Official visa;
2. Holders of Diplomatic and Official Residence Permit;
3. Holders of Temporary Stay Permits (ITAS) and Permanent Stay Permits (ITAP);
Immigration offices in Java and Bali islands are temporarily closed for in-person documents service on 5-20 July 2021 to stop the spread of COVID-19. During this period, the population will be served online.
The General Directorate of the Immigration Service of Indonesia announced that the building of the General Directorate of Immigration will be closed until June 25, 2021.
This will be done to minimize the spread of Covid-19 at the Directorate General of Immigration.
As a result, visa application quotas will be limited. Applications that had been already submitted would be processed.
