The Immigration Office announced the introduction of processing and issuing electronic visas system for stay in Indonesia.
The visa sponsor must register his account, receive a login and password to access the system at www.visa-online.imigrasi.go.id
The sponsor must apply for a visa through the websitewww.visa-online.imigrasi.go.id
After receiving the billing code, the visa sponsor must pay for the visa within 7 days. The paid amount is non-refundable.
Then the documents will go through the verification process.
Notification of whether the visa is approved or the application is rejected will be sent to the applicant’s or visa sponsor’s email.
Once the e-visa is issued, entry into Indonesia is allowed.
If the visa is issued to a client who is located in Indonesia, he needs to visit the office of the Immigration.
